At the American Academy of Cosmetology we believe in recognizing students who work hard to be successful. Each month the college has an awards ceremony for all students enrolled in the cosmetology program. Awards are presented to students who have achieved academic and practical excellence for various subject areas including, hair sculpting, hair design, perm design, color & chemical applications, people skills, theory class, clinic performance, retail sales, etc.

Michelle Adolph, College Manager had this to say about the college awards program.

 “Our students understand the importance of dedication and hard work and we believe in rewarding that understanding with prizes and award certificates. In today’s salon environment, the harder you work the more successful you will be in your career. Many of our graduate students list their awards and achievements on their resume and job applications.”
