Shadow Day

Spend a day as a shadow student at the American Academy. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in entering the hair, beauty and massage industries. Tour the college and meet with our Director to discuss admissions and financial assistance. You will also receive a free service in our Student Salon & Day Spa.

Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to view a Pivot Point presentation and discuss your interest in the hair and beauty industries. Following the presentation, you will begin your tour of the college and have the opportunity to participate in, or view a class in session. Do you have a lot of questions, now is your chance to get them answered. You are free to ask any of our staff and students questions throughout the day.

Shadow-day sessions may last from one hour, up to 7 hours, based on your availability. Does your school require a College Visitation Day? Once your session at American Academy has ended, just ask for our authorized participation form.
